ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has allotted 87,251 equity shares of ₹10 each on June 9, 2025 under two employee stock schemes. Of these, 74,489 shares were issued under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005, and 12,762 shares under the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023. The allotment was approved by a Whole-time Director, pursuant to authority delegated by the Board of Directors at its July 18, 2023 meeting. The newly issued shares will rank equally with the existing equity shares of the company.
This is a routine ESOP allotment causing minor dilution. No material impact on shareholders as the number of shares issued is very small relative to the company's overall share base.
