Alphalogic Techsys has issued a postal ballot notice seeking shareholder approval to issue up to 18,00,000 convertible warrants at Rs 30 each, totalling Rs 5.40 crore, to Vivaro Enterprises Limited (non-promoter, UBO Vandana Goel) on a preferential basis. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share of Rs 5 face value, with 25 percent upfront and 75 percent on conversion within 18 months. E-voting runs from July 24 to August 22, 2026.
