Mixed signals for shareholders — topline is shrinking, especially in the racks manufacturing segment, but margins and bottom line are improving sharply, suggesting better cost control. Positive operating cash flow is a good sign, though overall revenue decline and dependence on the racks segment may weigh on the stock in the short term.
