Alpine Housing Development Corporation has published its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 December 2025) standalone financial results in Financial Express and a Karnataka vernacular newspaper, as required under SEBI's Listing Regulations. Total income from operations stood at ₹2,223.83 lakhs, broadly flat year-on-year versus ₹2,223.37 lakhs in Q3 FY25 but up sharply from ₹1,527.60 lakhs in the preceding quarter (Q2 FY26). Net profit after tax came in at ₹216.94 lakhs versus ₹68.77 lakhs in Q2 FY26 and ₹171.24 lakhs in Q3 FY25, reflecting a strong sequential jump of about 3x and roughly 27% growth year-on-year. EPS for the quarter was ₹1.25 (vs ₹0.40 in Q2 FY26 and ₹0.99 in Q3 FY25). For the 9-month period ended 31 December 2025, total income rose about 25% to ₹5,484.15 lakhs, and PAT grew nearly 25% to ₹339.45 lakhs, with EPS of ₹1.96 versus ₹1.57 a year ago. The figures are unaudited and prepared under IND AS.
The sharp sequential rise in Q3 profit and solid 25% growth in nine-month revenue and earnings suggest improving operational momentum, which is likely to be viewed positively by investors. However, income from operations is essentially flat year-on-year for the quarter, so the key story is margin expansion and cost discipline rather than top-line acceleration.
