Alpine Housing reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹2,174.33 lakhs, largely flat year-on-year versus ₹2,151.82 lakhs. However, profit after tax jumped about 27% YoY to ₹216.94 lakhs from ₹171.24 lakhs, with EPS rising to ₹1.25 from ₹0.99. For the 9-month period, revenue grew a strong 26.5% to ₹5,321.21 lakhs and PAT rose nearly 25% to ₹339.45 lakhs. Operating margin expanded meaningfully to 12.84% in Q3 from 10.15% a year ago, driven by better performance in the construction segment. The company remains financially healthy with a debt-equity ratio of just 0.19, networth of ₹8,696 lakhs, and an interest coverage of 4.86x. The statutory auditor (RVKS and Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report.
The sharp YoY profit growth and margin expansion signal improving operational efficiency, which is positive for shareholders. The strong 9-month revenue growth and low leverage suggest the company is on a healthy growth trajectory, though investors should note the small absolute scale of the business.
