Alpine Texworld IPO is set to list on BSE and NSE on Tuesday, 21 July, with grey market premium at a flat ₹1, signalling an estimated listing price of around ₹106, just 0.95 percent above the issue price of ₹105. The ₹126.25 crore mainboard issue, entirely a fresh issue of 1.20 crore shares, was subscribed 1.40 times overall, led by retail investors at 1.53 times. Proceeds will fund a new weaving unit in Ahmedabad, debt prepayment, and general corporate purposes.
