Alps Industries reported a strong sequential and year-on-year turnaround in Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025). Standalone revenue jumped to ₹6,282.67 lakhs from ₹3,911.41 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a growth of about 60% year-on-year. The company swung from a loss of ₹1,604.94 lakhs in Q3 FY25 to a small profit of ₹12.44 lakhs (PBT) and ₹2.74 lakhs (PAT) in Q3 FY26, reporting an EPS of ₹2.74 against a loss per share of ₹4.10 last year. Exceptional items of ₹29.06 lakhs were recorded during the quarter. However, the nine-month year-to-date figures show the company is still deep in losses (around ₹4,936 lakhs standalone), indicating that the Q3 improvement has not yet fully offset the losses from earlier quarters. Consolidated results broadly mirror the standalone numbers.
Positive short-term sentiment as Q3 shows a sharp revenue jump and a swing back to profit, but investors should note the company remains in significant losses for the full nine-month period and the absolute profit in Q3 is very small. Watch for whether the improvement sustains in Q4 and whether full-year results can show a recovery.
