Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust has informed the exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of its Investment Manager, Data Link Investment Manager Private Limited, is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The Board will, among other things, consider and declare a distribution to the unitholders of the Trust. If approved, the record date for the distribution will be Monday, March 2, 2026. The trading window for dealing in the Trust's listed securities is closed from Thursday, February 19, 2026 until 48 hours after the Board meeting outcome is announced.
