The Board of Directors of Data Link Investment Manager Private Limited, acting as the Investment Manager of Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust, declared a total distribution of Rs. 4.2319 per unit at its meeting held on November 19, 2025. This includes Rs. 3.0295 per unit as Return on Capital and Rs. 1.2024 per unit as Return of Capital. The Record Date has been fixed as November 24, 2025, and the distribution will be paid to unitholders on or before December 1, 2025.
