Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Submission of the Compliance Report on Corporate Governance for the Q2 FY 2025-26

Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust (Scrip Code: 543225), an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT), has submitted its quarterly corporate governance compliance report for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, to BSE as required under SEBI InvIT Regulations. The Trust is managed by Data Link Investment Manager Private Limited (formerly BIP India Infra Projects Management Services). The Board of the Investment Manager has 10 directors, including 5 Independent Directors, 4 Non-Independent Directors, and 1 Managing Director (Mr. Munish Seth). Mr. Arpit Agrawal serves as the Chairperson (Non-Independent). Two Board meetings were held during Q2 FY26 — on July 30, 2025 (8 directors present, 3 independent) and August 22, 2025 (8 directors present, 5 independent). Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee each held one meeting during the quarter. All required committees (Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Risk Management, Stakeholders Relationship) are constituted as per SEBI norms. The Trust has confirmed compliance with all SEBI InvIT Regulations regarding board composition, committee formation, and meeting procedures.
