Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust has informed BSE that a board meeting of its Investment Manager (Data Link Investment Manager Pvt Ltd) is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The board will consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Condensed Financial Statements of the Trust for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The board will also consider and declare a distribution to unitholders. If a distribution is declared, the record date has been fixed as Monday, November 17, 2025. The trading window for dealing in the Trust's listed securities has been closed since October 1, 2025 and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
Unitholders can expect Q2 FY26 earnings (both standalone and consolidated) and a potential distribution announcement on November 12, 2025. Those holding units as of November 17, 2025 (record date) will be eligible to receive the distribution, if declared.
