CARE Ratings has reaffirmed the issuer rating of Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust at 'CARE AAA; Stable', the highest investment grade. It also reaffirmed ratings on existing Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) issues of Rs. 7,900 crores, Rs. 2,000 crores, and Rs. 1,500 crores at 'CARE AAA; Stable'. Additionally, a new rating of 'CARE AAA; Stable' was assigned for a proposed NCD issue of up to Rs. 1,550 crores. The rating considers FY25 audited and H1FY26 unaudited operational and financial performance.
