Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust has announced the reaffirmation of its credit ratings by two major rating agencies — CARE Ratings and CRISIL Ratings. CARE has reaffirmed the issuer rating and NCD ratings at "CARE AAA; Stable", while CRISIL has reaffirmed the corporate credit rating and NCD ratings at "CRISIL AAA/Stable". The NCDs covered include multiple tranches totaling Rs. 12,950 crore across four instruments with varying maturities from 2029 to 2035. The AAA rating is the highest possible rating, indicating the lowest credit risk and highest safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Both agencies conducted their reviews in April 2026, with the previous ratings dating back to December 2025 and February 2026.
The reaffirmation at AAA with a stable outlook signals strong financial health and low default risk for the trust. This is positive for investors in the NCDs and unitholders, as it reflects continued confidence from rating agencies in the trust's ability to meet its debt obligations.
