Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust has submitted its quarterly compliance report on corporate governance for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, as required under SEBI InvIT Regulations. The Trust's Investment Manager, Data Link Investment Manager Private Limited, confirmed the Board has 10 directors including 5 independent directors, with Mr. Arpit Agrawal as the non-independent Chairperson and Mr. Munish Seth as the Managing Director. Three Board meetings were held during the quarter (January 30, February 18, and March 7, 2025), all with quorum met.
