Board defers revival plan and fundraising proposals

Amalgamated Electricity Company's Board met on June 22, 2026 and reviewed the proposed business revival plan but deferred approval, seeking more inputs and clarifications from management. The proposal to raise funds via preferential allotment of equity shares to identified persons was also deferred to a future meeting. Other items including increase in authorised share capital, alteration of MoA objects clause, change in registered office, and postal ballot notice were likewise postponed pending more information and procedural steps. No approvals were granted at this meeting.
