Amanta Healthcare Limited has submitted a compliance filing confirming no deviation in the use of IPO proceeds for Q4 FY26. The company raised ₹126 crore through its IPO in September 2025 and has deployed funds towards setting up two new manufacturing lines (SteriPort and SVP) at Hariyala, Kheda, Gujarat. As of Q4, ₹4,766.36 lakhs of the ₹7,000 lakhs allocated for SteriPort has been utilized, while the SVP line allocation of ₹3,013.11 lakhs remains unutilized. Issue expenses came in higher than estimated (₹2,284.81 lakhs vs ₹1,926.43 lakhs), leading to a downward revision of net proceeds by ₹358.38 lakhs during Q3 FY26, which was adjusted from the General Corporate Purposes allocation.
The filing reassures investors that IPO funds are being deployed as intended without deviation. The slightly higher issue expenses reducing available corporate funds is a minor administrative adjustment and not a concern. Shareholders can expect ongoing capital expenditure as the new manufacturing facilities are being set up.
