Amanta Healthcare Limited submitted its Q4 FY2026 monitoring agency report for its September 2025 IPO of Rs 12,600 lakhs. CRISIL Ratings Limited, the monitoring agency, confirmed that Rs 7,353.25 lakhs (58.4%) has been utilized so far. The SteriPort manufacturing line project has received Rs 4,766.36 lakhs of its Rs 7,000 lakhs allocation, with Rs 2,233.64 lakhs still unutilized. The SVP manufacturing line project has received zero utilization from its Rs 3,013.11 lakhs allocation. General corporate purposes (Rs 302.08 lakhs) and issue expenses (Rs 2,284.81 lakhs) have been fully deployed. The company has acknowledged a delay against its prospectus target of Rs 8,000 lakhs utilization by FY2026, citing delayed supplier payments and finalization of machinery supply terms. Unutilized funds of Rs 5,246.75 lakhs are parked in fixed deposits and monitoring accounts.
The delay in capex deployment, particularly for the SVP line which has seen zero utilization, may raise concerns about execution timelines. However, funds remain safely deployed in fixed deposits and the company has prospectus-backed flexibility to deploy over FY2025-27. Shareholders should monitor Q1 FY2027 progress as production for SteriPort was targeted to commence January 2026.
