Amarjothi Spinning Mills declared a dividend of Rs. 2.20 per share (22%) for FY 2025-26, subject to AGM approval. Standalone revenue declined 3.1% to Rs. 20,605 lakhs while standalone net profit fell 15.1% to Rs. 937 lakhs. However, consolidated revenue grew 10% to Rs. 22,215 lakhs and consolidated PAT rose 16.4% to Rs. 952 lakhs, boosted by subsidiary RPJ Textiles. Borrowings increased to Rs. 5,556 lakhs from Rs. 4,363 lakhs year-over-year. Inventories rose significantly to Rs. 11,889 lakhs. The auditor gave an unqualified opinion with no going concern issues flagged. The AGM is scheduled for August 27, 2026.
The standalone PAT decline of 15% contrasts with strong consolidated growth, suggesting the parent company faced margin pressure while the group performed better. The dividend declaration signals confidence but rising debt levels warrant monitoring. Shareholders can expect dividend payment within 30 days of shareholder approval.
