Appointment of Secretarial Auditor

Amba Enterprises Ltd has appointed M/s. Sark & Associates LLP (LLPIN: ACA-4736), a firm of Practicing Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditor. The appointment was approved by shareholders at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025. The tenure is for one year, covering FY 2025-26, and runs until the conclusion of the 34th AGM in 2026. The firm is led by CS Sumit Jitender Khanna and CS Raju Ananthanarayanan, who together have over two decades of experience in secretarial compliance, SEBI/FEMA advisory, and corporate governance for BSE and NSE listed companies.
