Ambassador Intra Holdings Ltd sold 7,11,235 equity shares of IEL Limited (face value Re. 1 each) through the open market on BSE on August 13, 2025. Before the sale, the company held 1,35,02,765 shares in IEL, representing 9.68% of IEL's share capital. After the sale, its holding reduced to 1,27,91,530 shares, or 9.18%. The sale was carried out as part of the company's investment activity and does not change IEL's total share capital, which remains Rs. 13,93,92,486 divided into 13,93,92,486 equity shares. The acquirer is not part of the promoter/promoter group of IEL.
