Amber Enterprises reported consolidated revenue of ₹12,186 Cr for FY26, surpassing the ₹12,000 Cr milestone with 22% YoY growth. Q4FY26 revenue was ₹4,148 Cr (up 10% YoY). Operating EBITDA grew 22% to ₹970 Cr with margins steady at 8.0%. Adjusted PAT improved 22% to ₹338 Cr. The Electronics Division showed exceptional performance with 49% revenue growth to ₹3,268 Cr and 89% EBITDA growth with margins expanding to 8.8%. Consumer Durables (71% of revenue) grew 14% to ₹8,383 Cr but Q4 margins compressed to 7.5% due to commodity price surge and currency depreciation. Railway & Defense division grew 19% to ₹535 Cr with ₹2,600+ Cr order book visibility. The company raised ₹1,000 Cr via QIP and ILJIN raised ₹1,750 Cr to fund expansion. NWC days increased to 29 from 9 due to proactive inventory positioning.
Strong FY26 results with Electronics division driving growth. The margin pressure in Consumer Durables Q4 is a concern but offset by Electronics margin expansion. Management guided 40% revenue growth for Electronics and 30-35% for Railway in FY27.
