Amber Enterprises reported strong full-year results, with consolidated revenue from operations rising ~48% YoY to Rs. 9,97,112 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 6,72,927 lakhs) and consolidated profit after tax growing ~80% YoY to Rs. 25,115 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 13,947 lakhs). Standalone numbers were even more striking — revenue grew ~49% YoY to Rs. 6,81,497 lakhs and PAT jumped nearly 3x to Rs. 13,532 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 4,548 lakhs). Q4 FY25 consolidated revenue of Rs. 3,75,370 lakhs was up ~34% YoY with PAT of Rs. 11,842 lakhs. The company also generated healthy operating cash flow of Rs. 71,089 lakhs on a consolidated basis, lifting cash and equivalents to Rs. 21,280 lakhs. Statutory auditor S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results.
Strong top-line and earnings growth, expanding margins, and positive operating cash flow signal robust business momentum — likely supportive of the stock. A clean audit report from a Big-4 auditor adds further comfort for shareholders.
