Operating EBITDA remained flat at 8.0% margin despite 22% growth to ₹970 Cr. Adjusted PAT grew 22% YoY to ₹338 Cr. The company raised ₹1,000 Cr via QIP and ILJIN Electronics raised ₹1,750 Cr from marquee investors, strengthening the balance sheet. Electronics division showed exceptional performance with 49% revenue growth to ₹3,268 Cr and 89% EBITDA growth, while Consumer Durables grew 14% to ₹8,383 Cr. The company secured ECMS approvals for ₹4,691 Cr worth of PCB investments and 100 acres land at YEIDA for future manufacturing.
The 22% revenue growth and stable margins indicate solid operational execution across divisions. Strong cash position through QIP fundraising provides flexibility for capex-heavy expansion plans in Electronics and Railway segments. The diversified growth across three business verticals reduces concentration risk.
