Amber Enterprises reported FY26 consolidated revenue of INR 12,186 crores (up 22% YoY) with operating EBITDA of INR 970 crores and adjusted PAT of INR 338 crores, all growing 22%. The Consumer Durables division reported INR 8,383 crores revenue (up 14%) with EBITDA of INR 593 crores (up 6%). Electronics division delivered strong growth with revenue of INR 3,268 crores (up 49%) and EBITDA of INR 287 crores (up 89%). Railway division posted revenue of INR 535 crores (up 19%) with EBITDA of INR 90 crores (up 8%). Management guided for margin pressure of 50-100 bps at consolidated level in FY27 due to rising commodity prices, copper clad laminate costs up 60%, and minimum wage hikes in UP and Haryana.
The company demonstrated resilience with strong 22% revenue growth across all divisions despite challenging weather conditions. However, near-term margin pressure from commodity inflation and wage increases may weigh on profitability in the next 1-2 quarters before normalization.
