Amber Enterprises India declared strong audited results for FY26 with consolidated revenue crossing ₹12,000 Cr milestone at ₹12,186 Cr, up 22% YoY. Operating EBITDA grew 22% to ₹970 Cr while adjusted PAT increased 22% to ₹338 Cr. Q4FY26 performance was equally robust with revenue of ₹4,148 Cr (up 10%), EBITDA of ₹362 Cr (up 15%), and PAT of ₹162 Cr (up 27% YoY). However, the company took an exceptional one-off impairment charge of ₹112 Cr related to Shivalik investment and JV losses, compared to ₹26 Cr in FY25. Electronics Division led growth at 49% YoY, Railway & Defense at 19% (order book ₹2,600+ Cr), and Consumer Durables at 14% despite challenging RAC industry conditions.
The results show resilient business performance with consistent 22% growth in top-line and bottom-line. The exceptional impairment charge of ₹112 Cr is a one-off item that may create volatility in reported PAT but adjusted earnings demonstrate strong operational strength across all divisions.
