Ambuja Cements has released its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with notice of its 43rd AGM scheduled for June 26, 2026. The company reported standalone revenue of Rs 52,558 crore, profit after tax of Rs 3,558 crore, and cement sales of 48.8 MMT. Two major mergers were completed during/after the fiscal year: Sanghi Industries (March 2026) and Penna Cement (April 2026). The company is debt-free with zero gross debt. On the ESG front, Ambuja is India's first cement company with SBTi-validated Net Zero 2050 targets and first to adopt TNFD framework. It uses 31% renewable/green power and is 12x water positive. The company is also pursuing consolidation of ACC and Orient Cement into a unified 'One Cement Platform'.
The completion of Sanghi and Penna mergers strengthens Ambuja's market position and operational efficiency. The proposed merger of ACC and Orient into Ambuja will create a unified pan-India cement leader. Strong financial performance with zero debt and improving premium product mix (35% of trade sales) are positive indicators for shareholders.
