Ambuja Cements, part of the Adani Group, has scheduled its 43rd AGM for June 26, 2026 via video conferencing. The company reported standalone revenue of ₹40,656 crore and profit after tax of ₹5,637 crore for FY 2025-26. Key structural changes during the year include the merger of Sanghi Industries Limited (March 2026) and Penna Cement Industries Limited (April 2026) into Ambuja Cements. The company also announced plans for a 'One Cement Platform' combining ACC Limited and Orient Cement Limited under Ambuja. Cement sales volume stood at 74 million tonnes with current manufacturing capacity of 109 MTPA, targeting 119 MTPA by FY 2026-27. The GST reduction on cement from 28% to 18% boosted premium cement sales to 35% of trade sales. Ambuja is the first Indian cement company to adopt the TNFD framework and has SBTi-validated Net Zero 2050 targets.
The mergers and One Cement Platform initiative will simplify the corporate structure, improve operational efficiency through scale, and strengthen Ambuja's position as India's unified building materials leader. The strong financial performance and ESG leadership should support investor confidence.
