At the Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2025, shareholders of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited approved a Special Resolution to amend the Articles of Association by deleting the Common Seal clause (Article 87). The removed clause previously governed the safe custody of the company seal and the procedures for affixing it to documents. The amendment was passed through remote e-voting (June 19-23, 2025) and e-voting during the AGM.
