Neueon Corporation Ltd (currently registered as Neueon Towers Limited) has received shareholder and Registrar of Companies (ROC) approval to overhaul its Memorandum and Articles of Association. Shareholders passed the changes via special resolution at the 18th AGM held on August 19, 2025, and the ROC approved them on August 29, 2025.
