Amines and Plasticizers Ltd has submitted to BSE the notices sent to equity shareholders regarding transfer of their equity shares and any unclaimed or unpaid dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. This is a regulatory step required before shares and dividends that have remained unclaimed for several years are moved to the IEPF. Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends in the past are being formally notified before the transfer takes place.
