This is in continuation with the outcome of Board Meeting filed today, i.e., Friday, February 13, 2026, regarding Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. In the said Outcome, after the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results, we inadvertently attached Standalone Results instead of Consolidate Results. Hence we are re-submitting Outcome along with the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results with Limited Review Report issued thereon by the Auditors. Since, in NSE while submitting the revised outcome by selecting the type as Financial Results we are unable to submit even after mentioning all the details as required. Thus, we are re-submitting the outcome of Board Meeting under the type as Others. We request you to kindly take the same on record.

AI summary

The company has resubmitted its Q3 FY26 results after discovering that the original filing accidentally attached standalone financials in place of consolidated results; both sets are now filed with an unmodified limited review report from SARA & Associates. On a consolidated basis, Q3 FY26 revenue from operations stood at ₹14,246.39 lakhs, down about 25% year-on-year from ₹19,079.38 lakhs, while profit after tax fell to ₹758.11 lakhs from ₹975.65 lakhs. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue was ₹41,589.29 lakhs (down roughly 16% YoY) and PAT was ₹2,117.93 lakhs (down about 25% YoY). Standalone numbers tell a similar story, with Q3 PAT at ₹759.32 lakhs and EPS of ₹1.38 versus ₹1.77 a year ago. The results include the wholly-owned foreign subsidiary Amines & Plasticizers FZ LLC, whose numbers were not separately audited but are described as immaterial. Management flagged that the new Labour Codes notified in November 2025 are still under impact assessment and may affect Q4 FY26.

Likely market impact

This is essentially a corrected re-filing of results already disclosed today, with no change in the underlying numbers, so there is no new information for investors beyond confirmation that the auditor has signed off cleanly. However, the actual results show a clear YoY decline in both revenue (mid-teens to 25%) and profit (around 22–25%), which is likely to weigh on sentiment despite the strong sequential recovery from Q2 FY26.
