Amines & Plasticizers reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone revenue from operations of ₹14,024 lakhs, a modest 2.3% rise from ₹13,708 lakhs in Q1 FY25. However, profit for the period fell about 11% YoY to ₹747 lakhs (from ₹837 lakhs), and EPS dropped to ₹1.36 from ₹1.52. Consolidated revenue was ₹14,029 lakhs with PAT of ₹743 lakhs, also down YoY. Total expenses grew faster than revenue, squeezing operating margins. The Turbhe plant had a planned maintenance shutdown from May 16–29, 2025, which partly affected operations. The auditor (SARA & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The Board also fixed September 25, 2025 as the date for the 50th AGM, with September 12, 2025 as the record date for the FY25 final dividend.
Mixed quarter — top line grew slightly but profitability and margins declined YoY despite higher revenue. The planned plant shutdown likely weighed on output. The clean audit and proposed final dividend are supportive, but weaker earnings could limit near-term stock excitement.
