Amj Land Holdings reported strong audited results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. On a standalone basis, full-year revenue from operations nearly doubled to Rs. 2,222.97 lakhs (vs Rs. 1,213.12 lakhs in FY24), while profit after tax rose to Rs. 1,998.41 lakhs (vs Rs. 1,071.40 lakhs), pushing EPS to Rs. 4.87 (vs Rs. 2.61). Consolidated revenue grew ~38% to Rs. 7,764.58 lakhs and consolidated profit after tax jumped ~86% to Rs. 2,142.86 lakhs, with EPS at Rs. 4.99. The Real Estate segment was the key growth driver, while the Wind Power segment remained marginal. The Board has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 60th AGM. It also approved appointing M/s. Parikh & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term (FY26–FY30).
Shareholders benefit from sharply higher full-year earnings, a strengthening balance sheet (consolidated reserves crossed Rs. 21,800 lakhs and borrowings were fully repaid), and a 10% dividend. The results are likely to be viewed positively by the market, though the dividend amount is modest given the Rs. 2 face value.
