AMJ Land Holdings reported a 33% decline in consolidated revenue to Rs 5,250.59 lakh (vs Rs 7,770.50 lakh in FY25), driven by lower real estate sales. Net profit fell to Rs 1,532.99 lakh from Rs 2,142.86 lakh. The standalone entity showed revenue of Rs 1,483.47 lakh (vs Rs 2,222.97 lakh). The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.20 per share (face value Rs 2), payable after shareholder approval at the 61st AGM. Cash position dropped sharply to Rs 12.69 lakh from Rs 2,156 lakh due to Rs 4,055 lakh in investment purchases. Other comprehensive income turned negative at Rs -1,740.45 lakh (standalone) due to fair value losses on equity instruments. EPS for the year stands at Rs 3.48 (standalone) and Rs 3.61 (consolidated).
The company witnessed a significant revenue contraction this year, with profits declining by ~29%. The dividend payout is modest at Rs 0.20 per share. While cash reserves have been deployed into investments, shareholders should monitor whether these generate future returns given the reduced operating income.
