Ampvolts Ltd (formerly Quest Softech India Ltd) has updated BSE about its Board meeting scheduled for November 14, 2025. In addition to previously announced agenda items, the Board will consider and approve the forfeiture of partly paid-up equity shares that were issued through a Rights Issue (Letter of Offer dated January 24, 2024).
