Amrutanjan Health Care reported strong FY26 results with Net Sales of Rs. 502.55 Cr (up 11.23%) and PAT of Rs. 57.92 Cr (up 13.95%). Operating profit grew 34% before exceptional items. Key growth came from Pain Management segment (Rs. 468.22 Cr, +12.87%) driven by Back Pain Roll On (+12%) and Head Roll On (+21%), while Women's Hygiene & Personal Care (Rs. 139.91 Cr, +13.10%) was led by Comfy XL Variant (+44%). The company expanded distribution significantly with stockist network up 9%, outlet coverage up 12%, and added 44K new chemists (targeting 100K by September FY27). New product launches include razors, antiseptic plaster, ortho pain oil, and nasal spray. Exceptional items of Rs. 76 MN from a lease rent legal case and Rs. 12.5 MN from new Labour Code impacted Q4 results.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion signals solid execution. However, management flagged COGS inflation risk from Middle East geopolitical tensions affecting crude prices, which they plan to offset through price increases. The new sanitary pad plant starting May 2026 should improve Comfy brand profitability going forward.
