Amwill Health Care reported strong FY25 results with revenue from operations rising about 60% year-on-year to Rs 70.28 crore (from Rs 43.94 crore in FY24). Profit after tax jumped roughly 252% to Rs 9.34 crore (from Rs 2.65 crore), and profit before tax rose to Rs 12.50 crore from Rs 4.21 crore. EPS for the year stood at Rs 4.67 on a face value of Rs 10. The auditor, M/s SKLR & Co LLP, issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The company also recently completed its IPO on the BSE SME platform in February 2025, raising Rs 48.88 crore (fresh issue) plus Rs 11.10 crore (offer for sale), with about Rs 35 crore of proceeds still parked in bank term deposits pending deployment. The board additionally approved investing Rs 10 crore of surplus funds in AAA+ rated mutual funds through Kotak Mahindra to earn better returns.
Sharp topline and bottomline growth reflects strong post-listing operational momentum and should be viewed positively by shareholders. Deploying surplus cash into AAA+ mutual funds may add modest treasury income going forward.
