Anand Rathi Wealth has informed BSE and NSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, 9 July 2026 to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, after review by the Audit Committee. Any other matter with the Chair's permission may also be taken up. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities is closed from 1 July 2026 till 48 hours after the results are made public, in line with insider trading rules.
