The Investment Manager (Alpha Alternatives Fund-Infra Advisors Pvt Ltd) board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of Anantam Highways Trust for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, which were subject to a limited review by Mukund M. Chitale & Co. A distribution of INR 2.50 per unit has been declared for Q3 FY26, comprising INR 1.08016 as interest, INR 1.41536 as capital repayment, and INR 0.00448 as other income, on 21.75 crore outstanding units. Standalone revenue from operations was Rs 838.43 million with a profit after tax of Rs 449.81 million; consolidated revenue was Rs 1,237.62 million but the group reported a consolidated loss of Rs 41.63 million for the quarter due to a high tax expense of Rs 587.33 million. The record date is February 16, 2026 and distribution payment will be made on or before February 23, 2026.
Unitholders will receive INR 2.50 per unit for Q3 FY26, with about 57% of the distribution classified as capital repayment and ~43% as interest — a steady cash payout for investors. The strong standalone profit contrasts with a consolidated loss driven by deferred tax, which is a non-cash item, so the underlying cash distribution remains supported.
