Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
ICRA has finalised the provisional credit rating at [ICRA]AAA (Stable) for Anantam Highways Trust's Rs. 2,157.09 crore term loan, confirming the highest-rated investment grade quality. ICRA also withdrew its provisional rating on the remaining Rs. 1,142.91 crore of the originally planned Rs. 3,300 crore facility because no debt was raised against it. The Trust operates seven operational NHAI road projects under the Hybrid Annuity Model, with debt raised at the InvIT level of around Rs. 2,315 crore, lower than the initially envisaged Rs. 3,300 crore. Leverage stands comfortable at around 41% of net debt to enterprise value (LTV) and is expected to stay below 49% over the next 18 months, backed by Rs. 105 crore of free cash and a three-month debt service reserve.
The finalisation at the highest AAA(Stable) rating signals strong credit quality and low counterparty risk for unitholders, while the lower-than-planned debt and comfortable leverage profile are positive for the InvIT's financial stability. No negative rating action; the stock is unlikely to see any adverse reaction.
