Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Anantam Highways Trust has submitted its annual full valuation report for FY 2025-26 as required under SEBI InvIT Regulations. The independent valuation was conducted by Mr. S. Sundararaman (IBBI Registered Valuer) covering 7 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) holding HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) road projects across Karnataka, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, and Telangana. The total Fair Enterprise Value of all SPVs stands at ₹43,827 million (Adjusted EV: ₹46,769 million), down from ₹50,223 million in June 2025. As on March 31, 2026, the Trust's NAV per unit is ₹115.80 (Fair Value) and ₹105.93 (Book Value), based on 2,175 million outstanding units. Total assets at fair value are ₹48,789.47 million against liabilities of ₹23,602.02 million. The Trust maintains 100% ownership in all SPVs with Net Debt to AUM ratio at 42.11% as of December 2025.
The 12.7% decline in enterprise value from June 2025 (₹50,223M to ₹43,827M) could create near-term negative sentiment. However, the NAV per unit of ₹115.80 is above the likely listing price of ₹100-102, indicating in-the-money value for unitholders. The Trust remains compliant with SEBI's annual full valuation requirement, supporting transparency for investors.
