The Board of Alpha Alternatives Fund-Infra Advisors (Investment Manager of Anantam Highways Trust) met on November 11, 2025 and approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The standalone numbers show no revenue and total expenses of Rs. 32 million for H1 FY26, comprising legal and professional fees (Rs. 8.02 million), other expenses (Rs. 20.88 million), audit fees (Rs. 2.16 million) and trustee fees (Rs. 0.94 million), resulting in a loss of Rs. 32 million. The Trust held no assets and had negative unit-holder equity of Rs. 164.31 million as of September 30, 2025, since the acquisitions of its 7 SPV subsidiaries were completed only on October 10, 2025 and the InvIT listed on October 16, 2025. Statutory auditors Mukund M. Chitale & Co issued an unmodified limited review report.
These are largely pre-listing formation/setup expenses and are not reflective of operational performance. Investors should look to subsequent quarterly results (after the October 2025 IPO and SPV acquisitions) for actual InvIT earnings, toll income and distributable cash flows.
