Andhra Paper submitted its 62nd AGM notice and FY26 Annual Report. Revenue rose over 10% to ₹1,701 Cr on record production of 2,59,266 MT and sales of 2,60,438 MT. Net profit fell sharply to ₹19 Cr from ₹89 Cr, with EBITDA margin compressing to 8% from 14% on pricing and fibre cost pressures. Dividend lowered to ₹0.50 per share from ₹1.00. Borrowings reduced and the ₹915 Cr four-year modernisation programme is nearly complete, with entry planned into tissue paper segment.
