Angel One informed the exchanges on August 14, 2025 about two senior management resignations. Mr. Jyotiswarup Raiturkar, Group Chief Architect and CTO, will leave by close of business on September 30, 2025, citing a decision to pursue interests outside the company. Ms. Anuprita Daga, Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), will resign effective October 31, 2025, to take a new professional and personal path. The CISO role has been filled by Mr. Sridhar Govardhan, effective October 1, 2025, who brings 24+ years of cybersecurity experience from Wipro (including as Global CISO), Flipkart, and most recently CoinDCX. Mr. Ravish Sinha will continue to head the Product and Technology verticals. No successor has been named for the Chief Architect and CTO position.
