Angel One, a retail-focused stock broker and wealth management platform, reported strong year-on-year growth across key metrics for March 2026, Q4 FY26, and FY26. Client base grew 20.5% YoY to 37.39 million, while average daily orders reached a 17-month high of 7.37 million in March. Total orders for FY26 stood at 1,514.28 million (down 10.9% YoY due to fewer trading days), but overall average daily turnover grew 19.4% to ₹48,180 billion. Client funding book increased 45.3% YoY to ₹53.05 billion for FY26. Retail market share improved in F&O (up 63 bps to 21.7%) and overall equity (up 75 bps to 20.2%), though cash market share declined. Commodity market share reached 56.4%. The company noted softer macro conditions and geopolitical tensions led to moderation in the client funding book and cash market share in Q4.
The filing shows continued strong client growth and market share gains in core F&O segments, though order volumes and cash market share declined on a sequential basis. FY26 order volumes are lower YoY but this partly reflects fewer trading days rather than business weakness. The monthly momentum improvement is a positive sign for near-term revenue generation.
