Angel One Limited has called its 30th AGM on June 12, 2026 via video conferencing. The meeting covers ordinary business including adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended March 2026, confirmation of two interim dividends totaling Rs 24.75 per share for FY 2025-26, and re-appointment of Mr. Krishna Iyer retiring by rotation. Special business includes re-appointment of two independent directors (Ms. Mala Todarwal and Mr. Muralidharan Ramachandran) for second 5-year terms, and proposals to significantly increase borrowing and lending limits to Rs 20,000 crores.
