Anjani Finance Ltd has informed BSE that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to Tuesday, September 30, 2025, both days inclusive. The closure is for the purpose of the company's 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The AGM will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The intimation is being made under Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013.
During the book closure period, no share transfers will be processed.
