Submission of Disclosure under Regulations 30 of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015

Anjani Finance Ltd held its 36th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2025, via video conferencing, where shareholders approved all agenda items. Members approved the appointment of M/s SAP Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Indore), as the new Statutory Auditors for a first term of 5 consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 36th AGM until the conclusion of the 41st AGM. They replace the retiring M/s Mahendra Badjatya & Co. Members also approved the appointment of M/s SMR & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries (Indore), as Secretarial Auditors for a first term of 5 years covering FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. Both appointments were recommended by the Audit Committee and confirmed by shareholders with requisite majority.
