Anjani Synthetics' board approved standalone audited results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. Full-year revenue from operations fell to Rs. 22,426.08 lakhs from Rs. 25,423.77 lakhs last year (down ~12%). Net profit for FY25 dropped to Rs. 332.06 lakhs from Rs. 425.68 lakhs (~22% lower), with diluted EPS of Rs. 2.25 vs Rs. 2.89. Q4 was notably weak: revenue of Rs. 6,303.05 lakhs and PAT of just Rs. 33.08 lakhs (vs Rs. 169.42 lakhs a year ago). On the balance sheet, total borrowings were cut sharply from Rs. 4,378.56 lakhs to Rs. 3,190.84 lakhs and trade receivables also declined, signalling tighter working capital. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Shareholders should note a clear slowdown in topline and a steep drop in Q4 profitability, which could weigh on near-term sentiment. However, meaningful debt reduction and a clean audit provide some comfort on the balance-sheet side.
