Astorne Capital VCC – Arven (along with PAC Astorne Capital VCC – Alpha A2), a non-promoter foreign investor, sold 25,42,924 equity shares (4.78%) of Anlon Healthcare Ltd through the open market on 3 September and 9 September 2025. As a result, its holding in the company dropped from 49,30,241 shares (9.28%) to 23,87,317 shares (4.49%). The acquirer is not part of the promoter group, and the total share capital remained unchanged at 53,151,500 shares.
